Devon Seaward brings more than 21 years of experience in hockey, with a deep understanding of the game, player development, and talent evaluation.
Originally from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Devon grew up around high-level hockey and has played and worked around the game across Canada, from Western Canada to the East Coast. His experience has given him a unique perspective on players, teams, and the different hockey environments across the country.
Devon specializes in talent evaluation and player assessment, using years of firsthand experience to identify a player's strengths, areas for improvement, potential, and overall trajectory.
With strong connections throughout Atlantic Canada and the Maritime provinces, Devon provides players and families with honest, knowledgeable, and straight forward guidance.
His approach is built on trust, experience, and putting the player first. Devon's goal is to help players and families make informed decisions, understand their opportunities, and navigate their hockey journey with confidence.

Jay spent four years as a Division I baseball starter, playing at both the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) and the University of Washington. Before college, he competed in Perfect Game and PBR travel baseball, gaining experience in the competitive recruiting environment from an early age.
Having personally gone through the recruiting process, college transfers, development, competition, and the demands of Division I baseball, Jay understands what it takes to move from being a young prospect to becoming a college athlete.
More importantly, Jay understands that the path isn't always straightforward. He has experienced both the pitfalls and the successes of the process firsthand, giving him a realistic understanding of the decisions, opportunities, and challenges that can shape a player's career.
Jay's approach is built around honest evaluation, firsthand experience, and putting the player in the right position to succeed. His goal is to help players and families understand the process, avoid common mistakes, identify the right opportunities, and build a roadmap toward their baseball goals.
